Form and Prospectus can be purchased from the school office for Rs. 2500/- or an enquiry can be sent via email for courier of the same. The form and prospectus will be sent via courier for Rs. 2600/-

Last date to submit the duly filled form is 30th of September, 2025.

DISCLAIMER

• The Registration is valid only for the year for which the child is registered; it is neither refundable nor transferable to another year.
• School reserves the right of admission.
• Admission will depend upon the vacancy in each class. Only those candidates who are found to be suitable and qualify the written entrance test as per the school criteria will be granted admission on the discretion of the Principal.
• Registration does not reserve the right of admission

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING THE FORM:

• All required fields are to be filled in the admission form and those which are not required should be filled with NA. It is compulsory to give guardian(any one person other than the parent) information in the admission form.
• One passport sized (35 mm x 45 mm) photograph of the child should be affixed on the Admission Form.
• The date of birth of child for Class 1 should be 6 plus by 28th Feb. 2026.

DOCUMENTS TO BE Attached With the Admission Form:

• Duly attested by the parent of the candidate : PHOTO COPY OF The MUNICIPAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE or Birth Certificate issued by the Gram Pradhan
• Duly attested by the parent of the candidate : PHOTO COPY of the Student’s AADHAR- CARD
• REGISTRATION OPEN for the New Session FROM 1st JULY TO 30th SEPTEMBER
• BOARDING FACILITY is AVAILABLE FROM CLASS 1 onwards

DOCUMENT TO BE Submitted before the student joins school in the new session after receiving the Admission letter:

• Original Transfer Certificate
• Admission will be cancelled in case the original T. C. is not submitted within three months of joining the school.
• If a student is coming from CBSE Board School the T. C. has to be countersigned by the previous school’s District Education Officer and then submitted in our school within 3 months of joining school.
• If the student is from an ICSE School from outside Uttarakhand then a Countersigned T. C. will have to be submitted within 3 months of joining school.
• PERMANENT EDUCATION NUMBER from the previous school attended.
